  • CrossFit Teens is a program designed to introduce the fundamentals of fitness to a younger audience. This class will expose participants to the same very broad and inclusive fitness protocol as our CrossFit classes with some age-appropriate adjustments. A variety of skills and movements will be combined in a constantly varied high intensity protocol which focuses on promoting increased work capacity through functional movement. Teens Class is for Ages 13-17 and Tweens 10-12. 4:00 PM Class Only. Unlimited 4PM classes per week.
